A far deeper massage, it is designed to assist  in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue, i.e. muscles, tendons and ligaments, often caused by repetitive, strenuous physical activity or trauma.

Great for treating stiff painful trouble spots like the neck and shoulder whilst releasing natural painkillers and helping to speed the flow of oxytocin.

Audio-Sonic Massage 40 mins including manual £34

Audio-Sonic is a hand held machine which uses sound waves, used to help relieve symptoms  like: rheumatism,  tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, lumbago and sciatica.

To relieve  pressure on swollen injured soft tissue or to alter muscle  firing patterns or to provide support during healing.

Best for providing relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporom and ibular joint disorder and clearing the sinuses.

Is the ancient technique of applying pressure to various points on the feet and hands to help alleviate aches and pains. It has particular pain relief benefits to people suffering from back aches or skeletal problems. We offer reflexology on the feet and on the hands, when appropriate.

Is soothing  and relaxing. Good after a day of being on your feet! The oils are specially selected for you, so that the whole treatment is

Reiki    30 mins £20

Is a Japanese term meaning – Universal  Life Force Energy. Reiki treatment allows the flow of this energy to areas of our bodies, which may need healing and balance. The treatment involves the laying on of hands and creates an intense feeling of heat for many clients. It is deeply relaxing and can help calm a busy mind.

Pre & Post Event Massage   £15

Specifically designed to help an athlete perform their best and recover as quickly and effectively as possible after their event. Pre event massage can be carried out from two days prior to immediately before the event. Post event massage should be performed as soon as possible after the event.
