Types of massage therapy:

Swedish massage: Great for relieving stress, relaxation and releasing cramped or tense muscles.

Deep Tissue: Great for treating stiff painful trouble spots like the neck and shoulder whilst releasing natural painkillers and helping to speed the flow of oxytocin.

Trigger point massage: Best for chronic muscle pain and tension.

Neuromuscular therapy: Best for treating injuries and issues like poor circulation or posture problems and lower back pain.

Sports Massage: Best for the very active sports persons and athletes to improve performance and prevent or treat injuries.

Soft tissue release: Best for releasing tight muscles, fascia and tendons. It has also been proven to be useful in the treatment of certain conditions such as medial and lateral epicondylitis (Golfers and Tennis Elbow) and plantar fasciitis.

Scalp massage: best for decreasing stress from chronic injuries as well as providing relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain and temporomandibular joint disorder.

Taping: to relieve pressure on swollen injured soft tissues, to alter muscle firing patterns, to provide support during healing and to assist workouts in the rehabilitation phase.
